Jules was a Research Associate at the Global Citizenship Governance Project at EUI Florence and visiting researcher at WZB Berlin. He received his PhD from the University of Lille in 2018. He holds a Master of Public Law and a Bachelor of Law from the University of Lille and was Visiting Researcher at the University of Westminster Law School (London).
