Federico Tomasello

    Federico Tomasello holds a PhD in History of Political Thought and Institutions from the University of Bologna. Prior to joining the Global Citizenship Governance programme at the European University Institute, he was an Adjunct Professor and a Research Fellow at the University of Padua, a Research Fellow at the University of Bologna, at the University of Florence, at the Scuola Normale Superiore, and a Visiting Researcher at the European University Institute and at the University of Paris1 Panthéon-Sorbonne. In 2018 he obtained the Italian qualification as Associate Professor both in History of Political Thought and in Political Philosophy. His research focuses on the developments of the relationship between citizenship and labour in Europe since the French Revolution.
